Shipping Policy

At Lumevia LTD, we aim to provide reliable delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Coverage

We currently aim to deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates, subject to courier coverage and service availability.

Some remote or restricted areas may have different delivery conditions.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed after they are successfully placed and confirmed.

Processing may take approximately 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the UAE is generally 2–7 business days after order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Courier operations
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • High order volumes
  • Remote-area delivery
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Building/villa information
  • Street or area
  • Emirate
  • Any useful delivery instructions

Lumevia LTD is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or has provided incorrect information, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer must pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers should only place Cash on Delivery orders when they intend to receive and pay for the order.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
